Once you post your job, we will advertise it on our network of job sites. The first thing that you will see when you finish posting your job is a list of candidates, from our database, that match your job requirements by at least 60% (based on information that we were able to derive, although missing skills may still be found on their full resume).

You are likely to start seeing applicants for your job within 24 hours from your posting time. You will be able to review a summary of the resumes of these applicants as well. Then you will have to make a decision about whether to buy a “Resume Viewing Package” and view the full resumes of both your candidates and applicants.

In addition to seeing the full resumes and the candidates’ contact information, there is another advantage to purchasing a Resume Viewing Package. Once you purchased a package we will post your job on a few additional premium sites, including sites that would charge you money to post on them, if you went directly. This will result in additional applications to your job.

A “Resume Viewing Package” will enable you to view the full resumes of ALL the candidates for your job, both applicants and database matches.
All jobs are posted for 45 days. You can purchase a “Resume Viewing Package” any time during such 45 days. Once you purchase a “Resume Viewing Package” you will have 45 days to view all the resumes that you have received during the 45 days of posting.
