RETAIL/PROPERTY  MANAGER

Duties include but are not limited to,

Ø      Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals

Ø      Manage day-to-day operations of the facility

Ø      Maintain an exceptionally clean facility, including outside maintenance

Ø      Managing the Accounts Receivable process

Ø      Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies

Ø      Light property maintenance/upkeep

Ø      Must be able to enthusiastically sell U-Store-It products and services to local businesses

Ø      Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques as well as walk-ins to the facility

Qualifications we are looking for:

Ø      Management experience in retail, hotel, equipment rental or property management strongly preferred

Ø      Availability to work some weekends REQUIRED

Ø      Please be sure to indicate salary history/requirements
