We are looking for a talented Project Office Administrator to join our Professional Services team.
Responsibilities:
The Nomis Project Office Administrator will manage the Project Management Office for the Nomis Professional Services organization, helping the Services Director ensure that proper project management standards are being followed and keep project management tools and documentation organized and up-to-date. The Project Office Administrator will also assist the Customer Support Director with refining and maintaining processes and standards around case management for production customers of Nomis applications.
Responsibilities include:
Review and refine existing project management methodologies and processes, leverage software tools such as MS Office and Netsuite
Maintain standard project management templates such as project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, issue logs, etc.
Work with multiple project managers to ensure adherence to project management processes, including keeping project documentation organized and up-to-date
Manage central storage location for project materials across multiple projects
Assist Services Director with management reports, including project budgets, team utilization and department financials
Assist Customer Support Director with case tracking and case management reporting, both internal to Nomis and external to Nomis customers
Experience / Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years coordinating projects, performing administrative or technical responsibilities for Project Managers in an Enterprise environment
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Knowledge of Netsuite beneficial
Ability to support multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced start up environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated, organized and attentive to detail
