Litigation Specialist with a Knack for Negotiation
GreatAmerica is seeking a Litigation Specialist to ensure maximum recovery on write-offs and other delinquent accounts. They will be responsible for referring accounts to collection agencies/outside attorneys and recommending settlements, repossession and/or litigation.
Ideal candidate will possess a Paralegal degree (or equivalent legal/litigation collection experience) with leasing industry experience preferred. Must possess bankruptcy knowledge and have experience working with attorneys and collection agencies.
