Trainers at La Palestra work directly with clients to provide a safe, innovative, and efficient program that considers the clients prescribed parameters, needs, and abilities and help them to reach their health goals. This important position requires an individual with a BS or MS in Exercise Science or a related certification. In addition, exercise testing, prescription and programming skills, a minimum of 5 years of practical, work-related experience, and CPR certification are a must. A strong understanding of diverse training modalities and applications is essential. The qualified candidate for this growth oriented position will be extremely punctual, fastidious and detail oriented, with strong time-management skills and the desire and ability to build trusting and professional relationships with clients.
