SUMMARY:
We are seeking a full-time in-house employee in our Long Grove, IL  facility to help us build out our flagship product, ProTrack.

ProTrack is a best-of-class labor management technology product. As we continue to build out the ProTrack suite, we are seeking a full-time in-house Production Support Engineer with a passion for doing things right. This is an exciting career opportunity to be a member of a tight-knit, fast-paced, pragmatic, and highly nimble team responsible for the full SDLC.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide first level of support to customers
Diagnose reported issues
Liaison with software developers for bug resolution
Assist customers with the proper use of ProTrack
Maintain up-to-date documentation on: standard usage, configuration and maintenance
Proactively communicate with internal and external customers on ProTrack status - issues, fixes, enhancement requests, product roadmap
Install/upgrade software
Onboard customers on ProTrack functionality and Support protocol

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree
Minimum of 3 years experience working in the capacity of a software support engineer for a commercial software product.

SPECIFIC SKILLS DESIRED:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Acute understanding of professional etiquette
Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, Application Servers (preferably JBoss Application Platform)
Network Connectivity
Mastery over at least one business domain (preferably warehouse management)
Familiarity with a scripting language
Good understanding of quality assurance methodology

Java
Systems/Network Administration
