How much will it cost me?

Posting on the RealMatch network is free. Once you enter your job description and requirements, we will post your job on nearly 1000 sites, match it with our vast candidate database and send a message to matching candidates, inviting them to apply to your job.

You will be able to view the profiles of all matching candidates and even invite the ones who have not yet applied at no cost to you.

If you like the profiles of the candidates that match your job requirements, you can open their resume and view their full details, including contact information. You will be charged per-resume opening. You decide if and when to spend. RealMatch is commited to providing you with real value for your recruitment needs. If you find that a resume you opened is missing critical information such as contact information, we will credit you for the full resume opening.

The resume opening fees are as follows:
  • 3 resume openings for $40
  • 8 openings - $100
  • 15 openings - $165
  • 25 resume openings for $200
  • 35 resume openings for $240
  • Unlimited resume opening - $450/month (up to 20 jobs)
