We are a state of the art Fee-for-Service General and Cosmetic Dental Practice with offices in San Jose and Santa Clara. We are experiencing good growth this year and in anticipation of accelerated growth next year, we are actively recruiting an experienced Front Office and a Dental Associate

Front Desk / Front office / Receptionist:

Come grow with us! If you are a responsible, detail oriented person, team player and have demonstrated capability to provide excellent customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you. Ideal Front Office / Receptionist will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of PPO Dental Billing experience a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of recent Dentrix experience a MUST
- Excellent and proven phone skills
- Experience in a previous Sales or Customer Service job preferred
- Great at selling Treatments and keeping Schedules full
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Spanish/English bi-lingual preferred but not necessary

This is a full-time job opportunity in a growing office. You will be critical to the success of the office and your job responsibilities include all Front office and Receptionist tasks including scheduling, treatment presentation, financial arrangements, insurance appeals, working the aging reports and ensuring every patient is receiving excellent customer service.

- All phases of General Dentistry
- Experience in RCT and Wisdom tooth extraction cases a MUST
- Experience in Implant Placements a MUST
- Some experience with orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry desired but not necessary
- Experience working in a moderate to high volume patient office
- Willing to work Saturdays
