Terranova Corporation, leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry has immediate openings for experienced COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE RETAIL LEASING ASSOCIATES for our shopping center portfolio in south Florida.  Self-starting “go-getter” with excellent presentation/negotiation skills to identify prospective tenants and show retail space to prospective tenants. Knowledge of lease language and industry practices is a required. Experience with local and national tenants also required.

Leasing associate will market and lease shopping centers vacancies.  Day to day activities will include negotiating letters of intent, canvass competing properties to generate leads, making sales calls, negotiating the business terms of a lease, and monitoring deals through lease signing. Success will require working in cooperation with third party brokers, cold calling, networking and developing relationships with tenant prospects and within the real estate brokerage community. 

Must have 4 years of related strip center leasing experience and an active FL real estate license required.
