Description The Field Sales Rep will be primarily responsible for ad sales revenue for a variety of sites that cater towards home improvement. The position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing. This is a commission only compensation structure with very high payouts giving the reps the ability to make a six figure income with no cap..
Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads via telemarketing, referrals, etc., to obtain maximum sales and potential volume from all markets in assigned territory. Set up appointments and make sales presentations. Understand and maintain current knowledge on the companys products, services, features, benefits and applications for their given services and systems.
Experience 3-5+ years outside B2B sales Proven history of working with C-Suite or Sr. level executives Strong outside closing skills, cold calling and prospecting in a way that generates a strong number of sales presentations, proposals and revenues Skills Face-to-Face sales experience Must have great follow up skills (email, phone, voicemail, etc.) Strong background in sales and lead generation Results driven with desire to succeed Must be articulate, a self starter, possess high energy and demonstrate strong analytical skills. Willingness to make 25-50 outbound calls a day with detailed follow up and the ability to manage both inside and outside sales schedules Some business travel may be required.
