Primary responsibilities are:
Set up and program CNC screw machines, CNC lathes and mills for tight tolerance metal and hard plastic parts used in bio-medical, valves, regulators, and food processing components.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills and CAD/CAM background for Fanuc control systems or Swiss screw machines.
- Superior writing and presentation skills using Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
- Experience in an ISO 9000 certified shop and ISO 13485
- Experience in tool room management and inventory control
