We are seeking a web developer who is interested in joining a startup company with potential ownership participation. We are an employee benefits related company that operates an existing employee portal service. The concept has taken off and we are looking for an experienced web developer to join our team and take the service to the next level. The service is in need of a full makeover, added functionality, and enhanced capabilities. Once the site is completely finished and operational, the service is marketed and sold to businesses where ongoing revenue is generated with little ongoing workload.
